Reva Shelters is grateful for its donors and their integral contributions to Reva Shelters’ mission. Reva Shelters also expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations and has instituted a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations.

Your refund request must contain the details such as Date of Donation, Amount of Donation, Mode of Donation i.e., Credit Card or Online Payment, and must by received by Reva Shelters within 5 (five) days from the date on which you made the donation, defined as follows:
In such event, Reva Shelters will examine the request for donation refund and endeavor to make the refund. Reva Shelters may also seek proper explanation and reason from the donor, further verification of the donor, and documents of proof related to the donation.
The donation is non-refundable if more than five (5) days has elapsed after the tender of donation.
Reva Shelters is not obliged to make refunds and may, at its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
Reva Shelters may rely on trusted third parties, including its financial institutions, to process refund requests. As such, the time required to issue a refund may vary and be dependent on third party timing and resources.
